we are really proud to introduce our stainless steel exhaust merge collector
these have been precision machined from a billet of 304l stainless steel
the 4 individual inlet ports have been designed to accept the popular 1.5” sch-10 exhaust tube. the socketed design creates a seamless internal transition for the exhaust gas while giving a strong pocket for the tube to rest into making mock up and fabrication simple
the 60mm outlet on the opposite side is designed to suit the inlet of many popular turbos.
the wastegate port has a 46.5mm internal diameter which will suit many popular wastegates, the port direction has been prioritised to allow great gas flow to help eliminate boost creep
the curved internals of the collector are designed to give the exhaust gasses a smooth transition
these are a great addition to any big horsepower build
